Glad you waited til now to mention that. It was three weeks ago when I made my first "jump". You might have scared me out of it had I known that sooner.....

A bit odd to add this subject to Henry's thread, but since it was mentioned here originally, I figured I'd add to it.
Thanks to my buddy "Mad Mikie" who sent me an article with some information on nasCRAP, as I read further down the page concerning other topics in the Daytona area, I came across this, it happened a few months back, but I just now heard of it....
Skydiver Killed In DeLand Is Identified
(DeLand, FL) -- The Canadian skydiver injured after a jump at Skydive DeLand has died from his injuries.
Aaron Moore died at Halifax Medical Center yesterday morning following Monday's mishap.
The 31-year-old missed his target at the DeLand Municipal Airport and landed in the median of International Speedway Boulevard.
Skydive DeLand is helping the sheriff's office investigate.
They maintain that the chute was acting properly and that it was human error.
Moore was an experienced jumper who had been skydiving at the DeLand facility for more than five years. This floored me guys, as it was Aaron Moore who was my camera/video man during the jump. At one point during the free fall, Moore got really close to my tandom instructor and I, and reached out to me. We locked arms during the 120mph fall and he proceeded to put us into a wild spin. It's all on my video.
I only knew him for about an hour. Didn't know if I'd ever see him again. He sure provided me with great memories on film and video. I was positive though that if I ever went for another skydive, I was going to ask for Aaron to do the filming again.
It really set me back when I read that article.
RIP Aaron Moore.
